Pride isn’t confidence—it’s a hostile takeover. In Mission 01 of OPERATION 08 — SEVEN SINS, Fleet Commander Brandon sounds Red Alert because pride doesn’t usually arrive loud. It slips in as “I’m fine,” “I know better,” and “I earned this,” quietly shifting authority from Jesus to self until the command chair is compromised.
